Overview of Program
This unique fmi Time Management Centre program changes the effectiveness with which people work. It helps organisations reduce the waste time and money caused by ineffective working.
The fmi Time Management Centre Personal Effectiveness Program ensures that personal time management effectiveness is not only understood but applied in the workplace and embedded in practice. It combines training and coaching in one easily managed program. The fmi facilitator combines training a small group of up to eight on site at their place of work with one on one coaching at their work stations.
The Personal Effectiveness Program helps participants gain increased control of their time use, focus on important objectives and work smarter to achieve more effective results. Based on best practices this program gives strategies, plans, hints and tips that participants can immediately apply to improve time management and personal work performance. It recognises that different people have different styles of time management that are effective for them and their particular type of work and lets them customise the time management approach to best suit themself, the organisation, the technology and the type of work.
Participants should aim for a 10% - 20% gain in productive time use during the program through application of the principles learned. Importantly participants will plan actions to help sustain improved time use.
